SAVES in the media

Tuesday 20-10-2015 - 14:53

The team at SAVES has been working hard to give the Student Switch Off project high visibility across Europe; not only to ensure students feel part of a Europe-wide effort, but to also spread the message on the achievements of the project and encourage even more of you to take part.

It has therefore been great to see SAVES presented to many large audiences since the project started. To date, SAVES has been presented at conferences in Porto, Portugal (ERACON 2015); Berlin, Germany (UNICA Green 2015); and Glasgow, United Kingdom (EAIE 2015). SAVES will be presented at the Class of 2020 conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands in November 2015 and there are plans to present the project at further conferences during academic year 2015-16.

SAVES has also been getting lots of media coverage across Europe through the project’s Communications and Networking advisory group. The group is made up of the European Students’ Union, Erasmus Student Network, the Environmental Association of Universities and Colleges, and Students’ European Network for Sustainable Development; their role is to drive the dissemination of the project and advise the SAVES team how they can further their reach.
